MATTHEW RUSSELL
President / Founder
Matt Russell started working in the construction industry when he was 16 years old. He founded Russell & Co in 2001, and his love for the industry is evident in every job they complete. With an eye for detail and quality, Matt specializes in upscale remodels and full builds. He is passionate about his work, committed to constantly learning and staying current with cutting-edge technologies and trends. When he is not working, you can find him playing somewhere in the great outdoors. He is happiest when he is snowmobiling or adventuring with his four incredible kids.

GEOFF BARNES
Production Manager
Geoff has been with Russell and Co for 15 years. He has a degree in Construction Management from Weber State University. Geoff enjoys construction and seeing the project take shape.
Geoff is married with four wonderful children, one girl and 3 boys. He loves watching them learn and grow. He looks for every moment to be with his Family, they are the most important thing to him. His kid’s activities are now his favorite pastime he likes to stay active snow skiing, mountain biking, playing old man soccer, hiking and camping with his family.
